  • Our survey has sensitive questions that may make you uncomfortable. You can skip any survey questions that you do not feel comfortable answering.
  • Please remember to keep your website account information confidential. Every participant has the full 4-weeks to complete activities on the website, though some may finish faster than others. You will earn up to $125 in e-gift cards based on the total amount of points you earn for completing the website activities.
  • Gift card options are Amazon, Target and UberEats. Please allow between 3-5 business days to receive your gift cards via email.

Your participation will help researchers, educators, and practitioners learn more about the reproductive health needs of youth in foster care. This information will also help to create better sexual health education resources for other young people your age.
